How to Easily Remove Chewing Gum from Your Wood Floor

If you have a chewing gum stain on your wooden floor, don't worry! There is an easy and effective way to remove it. The best solution is to use cooking oil. Take a paper towel and soak it in the oil. Place the paper towel on top of the stain and wait for the oil to take effect and dissolve the gum.

Once it has softened, remove the towel and use a plastic scraper to scrub away the residue. If you need a bit more help, you can use a plastic scouring pad. Gently place it on the gum where it is attached to the floor and then push it away from the floor. Some experts may also be able to use an edge to push the gum out of the floor, but this requires a lot of skill and care.
